Tasting Notes

Appearance
A deep amber with flashes of ruby, like autumn leaves caught in fading sunlight.

Nose
Inviting layers of dried fruits, raisins, and prunes wrapped in sherry richness. Sweet honey, caramel, and soft vanilla unfold, balanced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of oak polish.

Palate
Full-bodied and velvety. Blackcurrants and ripe plums meet dark chocolate, toffee, and a drizzle of honey. The sherry influence shines with warmth, while gentle spice and oak give balance and depth.

Finish
Long, warm, and slightly drying. Notes of sweet spice, oak, and lingering dark fruit fade slowly like the last embers of a fire.
